Defective / Damaged Product
We trust your package has arrived safely.
Please check all items for possible shipping damage.
If any damage has been found:
Retain all original packing materials and cartons.
You must supply a digital photo of the damaged item.
Claims must be made within 3 working days.
Calaisio will deny credit for any defects reported after 3 days from receipt of product and lack of information.
Shipping and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures.
If items are to be returned to us please repack merchandise exactly as received.
